The OPPT Code Has Been Cracked
To all the freemen out there who read this: You already know that the reason why you have success in fighting the authorities both in and out of their courts is that you assert your own rights to self determination, and this self determination comes from the living soul within you. That living soul has never been defined in legal jurisdiction because it is not a concrete or tangible thing, even though it is evident by it’s own existence. It is your only defence against those who try and rule over you.
To those who fall under the umbrella of newage belief systems: You choose not to take part in organized religion because you assert your individual spiritual beliefs that an entity communicating through your soul is your guide, not an organized religion. Your light from within guides your living soul and individual path through life, not governance or leaders whose aim it is to steer you down their path. You walk your own path.
Every document that OPPT has filed and/or published essentially attempts to define what our essence, aka our soul, is. By using the language in those documents and filing them with various levels of government, our souls become defined within legal jurisdiction. Once anything is defined within legal jurisdiction, whoever the authors of that jurisdiction (the authorities) are can then write into law rules and language to govern it. The courtesy notices further solidify those definitions by having individuals define their individual souls.
Previously, governments had to trick us into ruling over us through an elaborate web of deception with hidden meanings, dumbing down, facades, etc. because they had no way of claiming ownership of our essence which governs our own self determination.
Organized religions, which are simply structured belief systems that govern the soul, had to convince people to externalize their souls by accepting beliefs in an outside source of spirituality. They had to trick you into believing in something outside yourself and once you do the authors of the belief system get to control your soul.
This is why the OPPT thing concentrates so heavily on both freemen and newage religious types – because when you look at the world around you, you see that they are basically the only two groups of people left that assert their individuality and rights to self determination in their governance and spirituality. It’s an attempt to vacuum up the last of us out here who resist volunteering our consent to be governed by someone elses authority and beliefs.
The implications of having the soul of mankind, the essence, the source, etc. defined within legal jurisdiction and within commercial code is absolutely staggering to anyone who comprehends the purpose of legal systems and code.
OPPT is, by all intents and purposes, an attempt to define our essence, our soul, the one last thing we have within ourselves, which in and of itself brings it within the jurisdiction of commercial code and legalese, where the authors of said codes can write the rules that govern it.
I implore you all to think about this within yourself rather than listen to an outside source that might try and decieve you. Do not accept this. Do not allow someone to define your soul, your essence, your source, in legal and commercial code. Do not give anyone or any entity the ability to write the rules governing your soul. It’s your last true hope for freedom.

A great article. I’d like to mention only one thing: The OPPT can and does only meaningfully operate within the US (That is Federal territry, not USA, that is the collective states making it up, making it slightly larger as it will involve some none-state locations). UCC, despite the marketing hype from OPPT is truly only US legislation. Some links (I have my own article, but I feel it’s not the time and place for self promotion):

There is international legislation in place regarding trade, this is called UNCITRAL, the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law. Documentation here:

It is quite clear that UICC is /not by any means, international. Marketed as such obviously helps selling iot to the groups mentioned in the article. What I see here is another piece of evidence of essentially separating the US from the rest of the world, creating a more and more closed society. Open dictatorship may only be the last step in the process, but it is not as far as it seems.
Nope, sorry Paul. You’re not getting it. Read all the documents once again, including the very last filing. There are no more intemediaries between you and Source/Creator/God/Universe or whatever you prefer to refer to it as. If you doubt what is being said, then you are welcome to REBUT THE UCC FILINGS. Short of that, your criticisms are just words without any basis in fact.

Every legal entity out there tries to do the exact same thing as what OPPT and it’s supporters are doing – trying to pull people into their legal jurisdiction any way they can.

I am afraid you are missing the point that the definition stands on it’s own feet. It DEFINES a SEPERATE jurisdiction, namely the good old common law jurisdiction, whereby We, The People both as individuals and as a group are sovereign. As far as I can tell, it merely uses the UCC as a publication mechanism and also implodes the civil law jurisdiction in onto itself. It essentially defines the whole civil law jurisdiction away because it is published as an unrebuttable document within that system.
Indeed, there never was an intermediary between you and yourself, and that is exactly why the whole civil law system is a fraud. All we need to do is recognize that we are free people and that our freedom is our birthright that noone can take away from us.
And there are only two fundamental jurisdictions (types):
1) civil law, the law of rulers;
2) common law, the law of consciousness, the law of freedom which can be expressed in one sentence: “love thy neighbor like thyself and do not upon others that which you do not want to be done upon you”.
So, if the OPPT declares you to be free under common law, all is fine.
If you can find reasons to believe that the OPPT declares some kind of governing entity which *forces* itself upon you, then we are in trouble. Under common law, noone can force anything upon another, other than by the free entering of a contract between free men.
But once again, that is how I understand it….

The OPPT thing does indeed enter users of the courtesy notices into a contract where you freely give your consent to be governed by it under common law. The documents need to be viewed as a single body of work in order to see the full magnitude of this thing and it’s implications for anyone getting involved.

Whatever the OPPT’s UCC Filings have achieved or not, it is the formerly OPPT’s “U/V EXCHANGE” documents – the ones with the new blue logo – that came after the OPPT’s final filings and OPPT closure, which finally, completely and totally freaked me out to the max’.
Re-read the “Definitions of Terms” from Heather again, and then go back to the U/V Exchange documents … very, very carefully and with as clean a fresh and pristine, innocent wisdom as you can. Deeply consider her definition of “ABSOLUTE ESSENCE”, the term for “Source” in the document, which is clearly defined as “Light”, “Truth” and “Love”.

“Source”, as stated as “Absolute Essence” is clearly defined there as Light, Truth and Love … clearly … and if you can live with that definition then you deserve “what dimension” and “who” it will contract you with.
For me? Source is Unfathomable, Undefinable, Unknowable, although somehow “known” … SOUL to soul … ESSENCE to essence …
Had “Light” been replaced with “Life”, and so Absolute Essence is defined as “Life, Truth and Love” … well … for me, that’s getting closer to something I could live with, and there could be volumes written on that. But the use of the word Light, which to me is a quality only of Source speaking of intelligence, etc, indicates to me that not Source, but a dimension or an entity of some description is what is being defined here … whether by ignorance or intention.
Anyway, all along, with the yellow-alert to this being yet another ” … elaborate web of deception …”, but nevertheless, staying with it, hoping, certainly learning a great deal, and so giving the whole OPPT matter space to finally reveal itself fully, it suddenly hit the wall, and every fibre of my being climbed that wall, screaming Red Alarm, as all WAS revealed with the smokescreen totally clearing by those blue-logo documents. For me anyway.
So, for what it is worth, and for my own personal satisfaction, I sent a very brief email to Heather, the other Trustees and the closer members of the OPPT “Company” and for my own satisfaction knowing it would probably go unread, said, I rebut this for myself – a metaphysical ripping-up of the documents and lighting a match to them, as it were – for I cannot stand upon, or under, that definition, and can have no contract with “Source” as defined: it not defining my soul relationship with Soul, or Source at all, and so it having nothing to do with me.
Oooo, shudder …
Moving on …
And that says it all …
We are free to choose though, and I have chosen.
my first gut reaction to OPPT was and indignant cry of “I didn’t give anyone my consent to start a trust for me, or to represent my interests, or act for me”
In all the enthusiastic tide of ‘this is the new paradigm we’re looking for’ I jumped on the band wagon hook, line and sinker.
nearly 5 months later and after lots of meditation, research, and enquiry I’ve come to the conclusion that my first gut reaction was the one I’m better following. If others feel differently, that’s fine, but I’m of the opinion that our own awareness and consciousness is the door to the new paradigm so many are talking about. Change comes from within. Everytime.
I don’t know what Heather, Caleb, Frank et al are up to, but whatever it is they do NOT have my consent to represent me in any way or form, and never did have. I can’t speak for the rest of the world’s population.
And however much some folk on the other side of the atlantic might hope differently I don’t believe UCC is valid all over the globe. I’m no expert but if UCC were internationally valid why does the UN Commission on INternational Trade law exist?
You are right, it is not international. UCC, is US Federal Law. See my comment above for some documents, one of them from the UCC website itself, that clarify this. The OPPT’s claim about corporate governments is also false, there is some info about that online incl. my site.
Even if the OPPT other claims hold true, they would only make sense in the US, but as two of the fundamental claims by OPPT has already been repeatedly show to be flase, there is not a grewat chance for this.
Paul’s (and many others’) approach makes much more sense than the OPPT’s own, essentially the whole thing apperas to e a hoax at the minimum, or maybe even something much mroe grave and dangerous…

you have made your point in simple but powerful words.
OPPT never did resonate with me so I ignore it although I respect every individuals journey and freewill to choose the directions they take in their lives.
